For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in marketing and brand strategy across the UK, UAE and Asia, helping global-brand businesses grow and connect with their audiences. After years of chasing success , I learned that foundations must be strong. I realised that clarity and calm aren’t luxuries, they’re the baseline of meaningful growth. That realisation changed everything for me, and it’s why I do what I do now.

She helps busy working women and business owners create space in their lives to rediscover themselves and and their existing skills & interests to make their brand sparkle, through simple marketing and mindset frameworks, focusing on the work most people skip.
With 20 years of experience in lifestyle marketing, Hayley has worked for and alongside global brands including Shangri-La, Anantara, IHG, Mulberry, John Lewis, and Harvey Nichols, across the UK, Middle East, and Asia.
When she’s not unearthing the magic of brands and supporting women to build their dreams, you’ll find her with her family, friends and pets, drawing, walking or shopping, and occasionally enjoying an Aperol Spritz on holiday.
